Plasterboard Recycling Unit
Approximately 85% of the waste plasterboards that occurs during the production of plasterboard is recyclable. Currently, on an annual basis, around 15 million tons of gypsum board waste is dumped in landfills in Europe, the USA and Asia. This situation, which is caused by high pollution and the formation of hydrogen sulphate gases, has serious negative effects on environmental cleanliness and conditions.
The plasterboard recycling system developed by Parget Makina is a system that helps to protect natural resources and environmental cleanliness, reduces dependence on the use of raw materials, prevents the formation of large amounts of waste and ensures that these wastes are reused in the process. The plasterboard recycling system has been developed for the purpose of reprocessing wet and dry defective products and wastes from gypsum board production, separating them as paper and gypsum and reusing them in the process again. By the help of Parget plasterboard recycling system it is possible to seperate gypsum from paper up to 95%.
